When you press the eject button, the NAV screen shows it is trying to eject but it does nothing. You dont hear any mechinical sounds of disk ejection either. It just gives up and acts as if a new dvd is inserted and starts reading it.
Flip your All-In-One, to turn it right-side up. The "hope" here is that the DVD will have fallen back into the tray, and will be there when you open the tray. Otherwise, similar to what the Other Person suggested, hire a professional computer technician. That's a very bad idea.
Remove. 4.Revove 2 screws that where hidden by this small part. Begin prying the dvd and radio surround off from the bottom, there are no more screws. Either let dangle to the side or unplug and revome from car. 5.Remove 2 screws to release dvd player. Unplug 2 seperate connections and remove.

Stuck DVDs The car was off and and I got in a position to where I could see the DVD player clearly. I then procceded to shove the envelop in and pressed eject. then I wiggled the envelop around and then when that didn't work, I tried it again and the DVDs popped out about 2 1/2 inches. Then I grabbed them and pulled them out.

The prescribed approach is to open the TV/DVD combo, remove the DVD drive, and manually eject the erring disc. The DVD drive of a Westinghouse SK-40H590D would be something like the image below. To manually extract the disc, manually turn the loading motor.
